Pass green #1 to port and keep about 20' from all markers, when you pass Green #9 (disregard green # 11)bear Southeast around the rock jetty and keep the small red nun buoys to starboard. The fuel dock and pump-out will be ahead to Port and the haul slip is past the fuel dock on the left.
